In order to strengthen the production plan, standardize the scheduling management, recently, Guangbo Group carried out two-day training in the lecture hall, with the theme on production planning and scheduling management. It invited Zhu Jinxiang, senior consultant of Hongkong modern enterprise management research center in East China to give the lecture. About hundred workers from five sub plants attended this training. 

On the first day of training, first of all, through vivid and vivid case, Mr. Zhu clarified the meaning of production planning management. Then, he explained the relationship between common production patterns, production planning and sales forecast. Finally, he pointed out how to combine the production planning with the logistics demand planning to maximize efficiency. On the second day of training, Mr. Zhu also explained in detail the capacity planning and workshop scheduling relationship, how to control production schedule, and how to control and manage material and inventory, so that we have a more profound understanding of the scientific production plan.

The training atmosphere is relaxed and interactive. Many employees participating in the training said, the training content is very useful. Learning how to make the production plan fine and efficient, can be better used in the future work.
